Chilling Waterfall
So, I woke up at bloody 6am when I have problems waking up at 8 on a working day. Decided to do a random trip to some waterfalls near Fraser Hills - Chilling waterfall.
Armed with only this map (contribution of Ryan), we started our journey. The rest didn't really think we'd actually get there. But we defied the odds and made it there without much difficulty.
Selangor dam. Beautiful place. Some guys were fishing there for "paksohkong" aka baungs. Beautiful place to fish despite the many signs that prohibit fishing.
Entrance of Chilling. Didnt know that it was a fish sanctuary. Apparently those signboards and arc are new.
The welcoming signboard which wasn't too welcoming. Open: Tuesdays to Sundays. We were there on a Monday. Perfect. Decided to trek in and not give a damn. But we couldn't go far as there was some guard there who stopped us. Urgh. End of the trip. Bloody hell.
More warnings on the way.
Our last stop where we were not allowed to cross the bridge. Even at this shallow stream, we could see many fishes swimming around and the water was pristine clear. What a beautiful sight. I was contented waddling a bit in the ice cold water and inhaling the fresh cool air there. It made my day.
Marvin: Self denial.
Gal: WTF! You fucking made me take leave and come on this fucking trip and this fucking place is closed on a fucking Monday???
Marvin: Now look here bitch. You better shut your trap there before i give you a fucking bitch slap.
Found some other stream downhill and we soaked there for a bit.
Reached home by noon.
Damn it.
We'll be there again one of these coming weekends.
Damn it.
