Culinary skills +8
Food preparation +3
Food taste +5

Finally I can con myself into thinking that my cooking skills is vastly improving. The handle of the old frying pan broke off a couple of days back. Cheap ass shit. Never ever buy a 5 piece culinary set that only costs twenty bucks. It was almost too good to be true. A 5 piece set consisting of a frying pan and pots of various sizes including glass covers. They didn't look too shabby but then again, the idiom 'Can't judge a book by its cover' was created for a reason. Each time we cook with those cheap ass pots, the handle cooks itself as well. Always adds the aroma of freshly melted plastic to our already bad cooking.

Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good.

Wishlist 2006

By burning another hole on my wallet, I managed to complete my wish list for year 2006.

psp
my new baby

tekken
Tekken 5 Dark Resurection - The game which finalized my decision.

LocoRoco
Loco Roco - the game which seconded my decision. One of the most adorable and fun games I've ever played.

I am completed. I am contented. I am happy. I am broke.

2006

Woke up sometime around noon on the first day of New Year. Plan-less and not wanting to waste the day, I took my sweater and started on a journey without a destination. Was enjoying the sun and wind and called up a couple of friends along the way. Everyone seemed to have their own plan. Damn. Continued my journey and passed Midvalley. The jam there was terrible as usual so I carried on. Finally decided suddenly that I would get a PS2 at Sungai Wang. The jam was really an terrible and even I, on my bike, was stuck there for quite some time.

Sg. Wang was so packed with people that it was at the verge of exploding. People walked shoulder to shoulder and there I was thinking that countdown crowds were dumb. I've never liked Sg Wang for this reason. Almost died there of suffocation. Ended up sipping tea at a tea house reading my novel.

Ended up doing that the whole day, only changing drinking spots. Finally got bored, bought the stuff and went home only to get caught in the ever heavy rain. What a way to start the new year.
