Wesak Day Eve

Happy Belated Wesak Day to all the Buddhist in the world or to whoever celebrating it.

In conjunction with such a holy day, I dedicated myself to one of the seven deadly sins - Gluttony. Spent the whole day binging fajitas and downing fruit juices at Midvalley's Chilis before proceeding for some cheese cakes at Secret Recipe. Met up with a couple of new friends later on for more barbeque and also a drinking session.

Being a total noob at drinking sessions, I realized that the drink mixing was slightly different from the ones I used to have. I noticed that they only add a dash of alchohol to a whole load of soft drinks and ice whereas I used to add a dash of soft drink to a whole load of liquour. No wonder the previous drinks tasted damn bad and we'd soon be puking off all over the place. This time, we enjoyed the drink and could have more cups while letting the alchohol effect accumulate slowly.

Played this pretty neat drinking game.

Pack of cards. A person draws a card per round and each card represents:

Ace to five : The person drawing the card takes 1 to 5 (depending on the card)sips.
Six to ten : The person drawing the card chooses a target to take 1-5 sips.
Jacks : Everybody bottoms up.
Queens : Ladies' drink.
Kings : Men's drink.

It was pretty funny during the final stages of the game where everybody got stoned and too dumb to think.

Yea, I spent Wesak day on meat and getting wasted.
