I remembered laughing at the name of this concert a few months back. Little did i know that i would be attending the very same concert last weekend.
Evelyn got some extra tickets for the concert, so we passed two to Laurent. We met there and started to queue for the concert. The crowd there was like any celebration countdown where everybody walked like sardins in a can. All kinds of perfume, sweat and all sort of smells could be smelt there as everyone were so close to each other. We then blew up those long balloons where they used for cheering.
There were a few local artists performing there when we got there. Then there was a long long wait for the VVIP. By that time, we were all pissed and tired. Backs were aching and legs were shaking. Maybe those 6 VIPs were the 6 jahanam. Soon after that, the real concert started and everybody went high and wild. haha I did my trademark howl that turn friends into strangers and strangers into enemies.
The stage was about 500 meters away from us, so basically we were cheering to a big screen. Was kinda lame I guess when u really think about it.
However, soon, i was really suffering from back ache and dehydration. Eve saw her favourite artist, Fish Leong and we decided to leave earlier. It was hell trying to move through the crowd.
Slept the moment i touched the bed.
