Fishing once again

Spent several hours the other day fixing my reel. It can be really frustrating trying to fix something with zero knowledge on the subject. Got it fixed somehow and i vowed to use the rod no matter what.

So, the chance came when my colleagues and I were discussing what to do the next day. The topic of fishing came up and we decided to go fishing at a new place. Destination : Some pool behind INTI College.

The serene pool behind the college

Fixing of the equiptment

Came well prepared this time with two baits : Crickets and chicken feed

Colleague fishing

Catching small shrimps for bait. So basically we tried three kinds of bait.

The focus and mood wasnt there after a while, so our friend tried to entertain us with a little jig.

Some pics of the surrounding nature

Mama hopper and baby hopper

Conclusion of the trip, number of fishes caught = zero.
Species of fish confirmed: Talapia.
Size: Double the size of the ones caught at KLIA stream.
Difficulty: Hard.
Excitement: Low (happens when you dont even get one bite.)

Sigh.
